Both tulle layers are beautifully soft and flowing, creating a really lovely effect with absolutely no stiffness.
 
I've combined a plain with a dotty blush tulle, and the foldover wasitband means it's fully reversible.
 
Perfect for rehearsal or performance; it's elegant to dance in, but also looks great out of the studio.
