A bold, bright, electric blue double circle crepe chiffon skirt, size small/medium (waist 24" - 28"), length 90cm.
 
Electric blue is a real stand out in a lovely flowing and beautifully stylish fabric. Crepe is a little more opaque than regular chiffon and has a more textured feel whilst still being very light and draping. 
 
The waistband is a matching blue 38mm elastic.
