​At Freda Silk, I carefully select fabrics that work beautifully with movement and feel wonderful to wear when dancing.

While I can't make everything from sustainable materials, I make thoughtful choices wherever possible. I source deadstock fabrics to reduce waste and regularly work with small, family-run suppliers who share my values.

I’m proud to use a range of eco-conscious materials, including:
– ECONYL® regenerated nylon, made from rescued waste like fishing nets and fabric scraps – used in a range of SAB skirts
– Organic cotton, bamboo, and TENCEL™ Lyocell, chosen when they’re the right fit for the design and performance of each piece
