SHIPPING POLICY
As a rule I will custom make your handmade ballet wrap skirt to your specification. If I have one in stock I'll post out the within two days by Royal Mail 1st Class post within the UK.
Custom made can can take up to three weeks.
I'll advise as soon as possible if the fabric is out of stock, as a reorder may take a little longer.

If you need anything in a hurry, just let me know. I aim to be as helpful as possible.

Overseas delivery is offered, sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for, and will of course take a little longer. The customer is responsible for any customs/tax fees associated with shipments outside of the UK.

FLAT RATE POSTAGE
UK £3 - 10 (first class, signed for, or next day)
INTERNATIONAL £12-18 (tracked and signed for)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If by any chance you are unhappy, please do get in touch to discuss the problem.
If there is a fault with the product, I can replace it where fabric availability allows. Otherwise I will offer an exchange or refund.

As with all handmade clothing, sizes may vary so it may be that your skirt will need adjusting - just let me know if that's the case. I'm happy to work with you to get the best fit.

The aim is for your skirt to last, but these are delicate fabrics so do take care of them. I'm happy to do any repairs if needed.
