A specially made skirt, part of the Baroque Series - each a one off.
 
You can see how the skirt looks in grey, and the fabric is standing by to be made into a gorgeous cream version.
 
This fabric is a sheer chiffon, embellished with velvet "burn out". As you can see, it's incredibly dramatic and romanic, due to its circle and a half fullness.
 
The simple elastic waist band has a fabric sash detail, ruched at the front and tied at the back, giving a little bustle effect.
