The classic floaty cut of the longer wrap around skirts, tapering longer at the back, the crossover is fixed and secured with a wider elastic pull up waistband. 
 
Pictured in pastel mint chiffon. The fabric is not stretchy, so there will be some gathering at the wasit to ensure adequate 'give' to pull up over the hips.
