A layer of very light chiffon circle skirt paired with whisper light tulle.
 
Fully reversible, very light and floaty, and super elegant.
 
Both layers are approx 60cm long, and the waistband is a foldover satin elastic.
 
I can make these in any colour combination if there's something you've seen elsewhere on the website. Tulle is available in the colour referred to on the charts, and I can colour match the chiffon, or go for a contrast.
 
Child size up to 24" waist but if your child needs a larger size, just let me know.
