A two layer wrap skirt with a difference... a layer of pale yellow chiffon topped with a layer of white stretch lace, creating a delicate filigree effect. The lace layer is a little shorter than the chiffon.
 
The waist tie is a foldover white satin elastic, sturdy enough to support the two layers.
