An updated look for the ballet wrap skirt by fixing the crossover and using a narrow satin waistband to ensure the skirt is secure and comfy when you're dancing. Or you could choose a wider elastic which you can see on the plain white skirt.
 
The fabric is not stretchy, so there will be some gathering at the wasit to ensure adequate 'give' to pull up over the hips.
