The ethereal Cloud skirt is made from a fine tulle, commonly used for the soft outer layers of a romantic tutu. Nothing like the stiff tulle you find in craft shops!
 
The main part of the skirt has a subtle gather, but it's the flamboyant frill which adds the drama.
The waistband is a high quality 38mm elastic a matching colour if possible, otherwise black or white.
 
Add the waist and hip size, and the length you'd like your skirt, measured from the waist down to where you'd like it to fall.
 
Child sizes up to 24" waist. Adult size starts at 24" but do message me if your child needs a larger size as this price applies to all children.
