Delicate embroidered flowers and foliage in beautiful vibrant colours on a black or whited tulle background. It's a very fine tulle with tiny holes - ie not a stiff net.
 
The child size version can be up to a 24" waist, pull up style with a satin elastic waistband.
 
Black version will be approx 45cm in length, but the white can be longer
