If you want to avoid pure bright white, Ivory is a good choice.

38mm black or white (nb white will be a bright white)
25mm black or white (nb white will be a bright white)
 
slip on with small opening and hook and eye fastening, with a narrower satin elastic 15mm approx - matching colour or your choice.
 
Size small (24" waist approx) medium (27" waist) large (30" waist) 
Length 60cm maximum due to width of fabric.
