This crepe fabric is soft to the touch with a luxurious feel. It's lightweight but with very little sheerness, making for a really elegant opaque rehearsal skirt.
 
Waistband pictured is a narrow satin two sided elastic, or you can choose a black or white 25mm or 38mm elastic.
