Bliss is a combination of textured tulle and georgette in the gorgeous blush colour palette. The georgette gives a more opaque skirt than the regular chiffon, whilst keeping the qualities of movement and lightness of touch.
 
I could also make the skirt with a completely opaque layer with the tulle.
 
The feature waistband is a high quality elastic band, 25mm wide. Both layers are approx 60cm long.
 
Child small 18" waist (age 2-5)
Child medium 20" waist (5-6)
Child large 22" - 24" waist (7-10)
 
Child size up to 24" waist but if your child needs a larger size, just let me know.
