A fantastic sustainable addition to the SAB skirts, the fabric is very high quality lycra which keeps its shape really well. Marble is a lovely fluid monochrome pattern.
An alternative shape of SAB skirt - cut to be worn below the natural waist line for a more relaxed feel. There's less varation between front and back, and a little less drape - a shape which really suits the eco fabrics.
The Marble fabric is made from a regenerated yarn called ECONYL® - the sustainable option.
It's hard to find dancewear fabric that supports eco-friendly production, so I'm delighted to include this sustainable techo-fabric made with ECONYL® - an 100% regenerated nylon fibre.
ECONYL® fiber is made of pre and post-consumer waste (nylon scraps / fishnets and carpet fluff). Needless to say, the fabric is more expensive, hence the higher sale price. But if you want to do your bit for the environment, this is the skirt for you.
Here are the approximate lengths according to waist sizes but do let me know if you'd like this adapted.
